Her experience with the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization at the U.S. General Services Administration highlights her dedication to helping small businesses succeed. With strategic experience from the City Treasurer’s Office, The White House Office of Presidential Personnel, and Obama for America, Barisa is committed to ensuring that Highland Park’s growth is thoughtful, sustainable, and enhances the quality of life for all residents, particularly young families.
